Pure Water Soothing Gel contains 6% high concentration Vitamin B5 Panthenol, proven through dermatological testing to effectively retain moisture and provide soothing relief. Its blend of nourishing ingredients, including 3.5% Vitamin B5 Panthenol, Pinus Koraiensis Seed Oil, and Chondrus Crispus Extract, helps to maintain a balanced level of oil and water in the skin for prolonged hydration.
