Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

1. Contact Before Dispute

Customers agree to contact us at info@miessential.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.

2. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered an abuse of the dispute process. We reserve the right to:

• Provide full transaction details to the payment provider, including delivery confirmation and customer communications
• Contest the chargeback with supporting evidence
• Restrict or block future purchases associated with the customer

3. Return Requirement

If a refund is issued as a result of a chargeback or payment dispute, the customer is required to return the product in its original condition upon request. Failure to return the product may be considered unjust enrichment and may result in further action.

4. Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we may request additional verification for certain orders, including confirmation of billing and shipping details.

5. Shipping & Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with tracking. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier will be used as proof of fulfillment in the event of a dispute.
