Miessential Return & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with Miessential purchase for product quality reasons, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Miessential purchases. Products must be returned in new condition, with the exception of defective items.
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is defective, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier (such as DHL, PostNL, or USPS), the order is considered fulfilled and the responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If you would like additional security, we offer a signature-required delivery option for an additional $20. This ensures the package is handed directly to the recipient.

Damages and issues
If the item is defective, Miessential pays shipping for return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Clearance Item
All clearance item sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
